WELCOME!
The Morgan Horse is often called the Pride and Product of America, and it's no wonder. Because Morgans are not only America's first breed, they're also an important part of American history.
For over 200 years, Morgans have worked in the fields, carried cavalry and pranced along as fancy parade mounts. All the while, their beauty, versatility and trustworthiness have drawn admirers and devotees to the breed.
Which brings us to the Morgan Horse Club of Washington State.
The club was established in 1972 to join Morgan owners, breeders and enthusiasts from all over Washington. Since then, we've created awards programs, affiliate youth and adult clubs, and a year-round schedule of activities to both promote and enjoy our Morgans.
The best part is, you don't need to show to be a member. You don't need to ride. In fact, you don't even need to own a horse. All you need is a love of the Morgan. We're pretty certain you'll fit right in.
For more information about the Morgan Horse, you can visit the official Web site for the American Morgan Horse Association.
